I've tried every wall planner going and this is the first one that doesn't fight with my decor. The clear sheet means my wall colour still shows through and the whole year is right there.

Undated is the whole point — no more replacing it every January. Wipes clean with the spray and cloth in the tube.

Arrived rolled in a really sturdy tube, no creases. Up on the wall in about five minutes with the strips.

Brilliant planner. Only note is to measure before sticking the strips — my first attempt was slightly off centre. Once up, it's superb.

Tube arrived dented

The planner itself is lovely, but the tube had clearly taken a knock in transit and one corner was creased. Not the seller's fault — Royal Mail handling. They sorted a replacement without any fuss.

Slow international delivery

Great planner, but shipping abroad took longer than the estimate and the box was scuffed by the time it reached me. Contents were fine and the seller kept me updated the whole way.

Damaged in transit — sorted same day

Arrived with the tube split open and the sheet scratched. Disappointing, but I messaged the shop and had my money back the same day, no arguing. Product looked great before the damage, so I ordered again.

Package damaged on the way to France

Shipping damage on an international order — the corner of the sheet was bent. Support was quick and put the money straight back, which I appreciated.

Lost then damaged by the courier

My order went missing for two weeks and turned up badly damaged. One star for the delivery experience, not the shop — they returned every penny immediately and could not have been more apologetic.
